IEC/EN 62368-1 becomes the only safety standard for audio, visual, information and communication equipment 20th December 2020 onwards. It will replace IEC/EN 60950-1 and IEC/EN 60065 standards, which will be withdrawn. If you have products in the market which have been tested according to IEC/EN 60950-1 and IEC/EN 60065 and you plan the continue placing it into the market after 20th December 2020 they must comply with the new standard IEC/EN 62368-1.
